Medications at Campus
Dear Parents,
It is hard to believe that this school year is coming to a close. If your child has medication that is used on an as needed basis, the medication will be sent home on May 18th with your child. Look for a paper sack stapled shut for the medication in your child’s backpack. If you prefer to pick them up yourself, please do so before May 17th.
All asthma medications, Epi-pens, daily medications (non-stimulant) and diabetic supplies will be sent home on the last day of school with your child unless you’ve made prior arrangements with me. If you have any questions, please call me at 512-379-3366.
Regards
Salisa Wallace, RN
May Character Trait of the Month: Self-Control
Self-Control:
Being in charge of your thoughts, feelings, and actions…and doing what you should
Steps for practicing self-control:
Stop…calm down with deep breaths. Consider everyone’s feelings, including your own!
Think…What is the problem? What are your options? What would the consequences be from your actions?
Choose…make your choice, and talk to someone for support, if needed.
